Greg Courtney

Chairman

Marine Corps veteran. Founded GDC in 1995 as a solo consulting practice. Built it over thirty years into a platform with six service lines serving clients across multiple states. Still majority owner. His journey is the model for what OGP offers others.

Dan Logan

CEO, GDC

Army veteran. Twenty years at GDC. Started as an application developer. Now runs the company. He has made the journey from technical contributor to chief executive.

Mike Coons

CFO and EVP of M&A, GDC

Fifteen years leading acquisitions at GDC. He has evaluated dozens of targets, structured deals, and made them work post close.

Dennis Coons

Owner and EVP of Operations, GDC

CIO at LB Smith before joining GDC in 2003. Founded GDC’s Networking Services division. Has served as CIO and EVP of Operations. He has built business units from scratch and optimized mature ones.

Tom Trgovac

Owner, EVP, and General Counsel, GDC

Former Army Major. Leads GDC’s legal function. He has worked on over a dozen GDC acquisitions and structured every one to close.

Shannon Morgan

Founded Ordiant in 2017. Thirteen years working alongside founders, families, and boards through growth, transition, and transformation. Leads OGP’s deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio strategy.
